A Victorian-look New with Tag lace and pink panne velveteen-like fabric dressing gown robe dripping with fabulous ivory and white lace.  This is one of the most gorgeous luxurious dressing gown robes that I have ever seen and it is absolutely gorgeous.

I am having a hard time parting with this one as this one is absolutely exquisite.  This dressing gown robe is very unique and extremely beautiful with the very elegant Southern Belle look to it.

The color is lush in a dusty rose shade with a shimmer to it because of the panne fabric which has a lovely soft yet smooth feel to it. The slipover dressing gown is very heavy because of all of the fabric, lace and the grand sweep.  A beautiful 9-1/2" lace and net collar with braid surrounds the neck and back.  There is a huge lace bow in front which extends down the front of the robe to half way down. The fabulous gathered Juliet sleeves are just dripping with scalloped ivory lace. The front of the lace trimmed robe is raised somewhat in front with the back being just a bit longer which makes a slight train. Circumference of the dressing gown is 142" of velvety lace trimmed fabric swirling around one's feet.  Scalloped lace hem completes the gorgeous dressing gown.

There is a long 3-3/4" X 103" (including the fringe) sash for the robe if one should want to wear it.  As an extra bonus, the dressing gown's own garment bag is included as shown in the photo is included.

Just a gorgeous romantic grand sweep dressing gown robe reminiscent of the Victorian era, Scarlett O'Hara from Gone with the Wind look or what a Southern Belle on a plantation would wear!

Size: Small & may fit maybe other sizes as well but go by the measurements for a good fit.  I am a size 10 and it fit me perfectly.

Care Instructions

We examine each item carefully and note any imperfections, but unless an item is said to be new, please don't expect it to be perfect & even some new items have small imperfections. I will always state in the description if there are any imperfections & I never do repairs but leave them to others who are better able to do them than me as that is not my expertise.

Please remember that unless specified all items have been used and will show varying signs of use or wear. We always list the obvious imperfections to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wearing or using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, then rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.

Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I definitely would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.

The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
