*FROM MY OWN PERSONAL COLLECTION - RARE, RARE VINTAGE INTIME RASPBERRIES & CRÈME DOUBLE NYLON LACE PEIGNOIR & NIGHTGOWN SET

This gorgeous vintage Intime peignoir & nightgown set is in double nylon with a deep, deep rich raspberry overlay over a pale pink sheer nylon - it’s just fabulous in a shade called Rasberries & Creme

The jewel-tone shades are very difficult to find - the pastel sets are more common & a bit easier to find but even now, they are not in abundance but the deep jewel-tone colors are virtually impossible to find nowadays - i am not in a hurry to sell this lovely set by Intime as there is probably not another anywhere like it in this fabulous rare rich raspberries & creme color plus the unique Grecian goddess design nightgown - you know the exquisite quality of Intime with its wonderful workmanship & detailing that people have loved the world over

The peignoir & nightgown are adorned in exquisite ivory lace which makes for a beautiful color combination - there is scalloped rose lace around the neckline of the peignoir & sleeves which makes it very elegant & it is adorned with satin raspberry “rosebud” at the neck for closure -the peignoir has double nylon feminine puffy baby doll sleeves (sheer raspberry over pale pink for a gorgeous color!) with elastic for a puffy feminine & lots of wide ivory lace

The full sweep peignoir is adorned with a hem of scalloped rose lace for the finishing touch - the double nylon gown is equally beautiful with a deep “v“ neckline, ruched shoulders with a grecian goddess look - the gown is adorned under the deep “v” bodice with a long horizontal ivory lace applique which catches the folds of the gown falling down from the bustline which will give your bustline a very large look - there are more gathers falling down from the neckline in back for a full sweep look

The hem is more scalloped ivory lace which matches the peignoir for a very feminine romantic look - the nylon has a lot of body & is not limp - the lace is crisp & fresh - excellent like new condition

Size Small but will fit several sizes because of the generous sizing but please go by the measurements - I wear a size 8-10 & it fit me & I usually take a size Medium or Large depending on what it is

Care tag says machine wash & dry & cool iron but i would definitely hand wash drip dry & Do not put in the washer or dryer as they ruin vintage double nylon sets & definitely do not use an iron on these vintage sets I use a steamer but an iron would ruin them

Care Instructions

We examine each item carefully and note any imperfections, but unless an item is said to be new, please don't expect it to be perfect & even some new items have small imperfections. I will always state in the description if there are any imperfections & I never do repairs but leave them to others who are better able to do them than me as that is not my expertise.

Please remember that unless specified all items have been used and will show varying signs of use or wear. We always list the obvious imperfections to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wearing or using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, then rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.

Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I definitely would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.

The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
