*FROM MY OWN PERSONAL COLLECTION - GORGEOUS VINTAGE METALLIC SILVER & PEACH BOUCLE KNIT EVENING GOWN ABLAZE WITH HUGE BRILLIANT PRONG-SET RHINESTONES

A gorgeous vintage metallic silver & peach boucle knit evening gown ablaze with huge brilliant prong-set rhinestones from my own personal collection

I purchased this gorgeous evening gown for myself & have never worn it even though someone else may have in the past - the evening gown is out of a knit which i love & is embellished with sparkling silver knit & huge rhinestones down the front & on the belt - the color of the gown is a deep rich peach shade - it is a heavy dress as there is a lot of knit to the evening gown since it is long

There is a lovely scoop neck on the sleeveless evening gown - below the waist on the front of the gown is a 6-½” wide strip of metallic silver chevron stripes - it is accented with 12 huge prong-set domed rhinestones in silver tone settings - at the end of the rhinestones is a long split up the front - the edges of the split are heavily knitted with the same sparkling metallic silver thread for a fabulous look

Included is a matching belt out of the peach & silver knit with 3 more huge rhinestones - 1 of the rhinestone buttons came off the belt but i pinned it to the inside of the dress so it would not get lost - the belt also has diagonal strips out of silver with more heavy knit silver knit on the edges of the belt

It is absolutely gorgeous & so unique - just a fabulous vintage evening gown out of peach & sparkling silver knit perfect for a formal affair, a cruise or a special evening when you want to look stunning

Size: no tag - i wear a size 10 but go by the measurements
Bust: 38 - 49 stretched tight & it can be stretched more but you do not want to do it a lot as it would ruin the looks of the evening gown
Waist: 35 - 42 stretched tight
Hips: 37 - 44 stretched tight but leave some room for movement & do not stretch to the max
Length: 57-1/4
Fabric: no tag but a heavy, i believe, boucle knit & metallic silver thread
Care: no tag but i would dry clean and make sure that the cleaner blocks the dress so it is the same size after it is cleaned.  If not blocked, it could shrink.
Condition: very good - the rhinestone button needs to be sewn onto the belt - easy to do

Care Instructions

We examine each item carefully and note any imperfections, but unless an item is said to be new, please don't expect it to be perfect & even some new items have small imperfections. I will always state in the description if there are any imperfections & I never do repairs but leave them to others who are better able to do them than me as that is not my expertise.

Please remember that unless specified all items have been used and will show varying signs of use or wear. We always list the obvious imperfections to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wearing or using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, then rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.

Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I definitely would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.

The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
